Katia Pais has a varied work experience, having worked in the HR, Recruitment, and Customer Success fields. Katia began their career in 2009 as an HR Analyst - Recruitment Services at Business Partners Consulting. In 2016, they moved to Faccil Transportes e Serviços LTDA ME. as an Assistente Administrativo. From 2018 to present, they have been working at Jeitto in various roles, including HR Analyst | Tech Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Sênior, HR Analyst | Tech Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Pleno, and Customer Success. In their role as HR Analyst | Tech Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Pleno, they were responsible for attraction for the top of the funnel of people with potential to solve specific business problems, alignment of each vacancy with the responsible leaders from the beginning to the end of each project, experience with technical profiles such as Software Engineering, DevOps, Developers, QA, Data Science, and various other roles at Jeitto (Finance, Operations, Attendance, HR, and Technology). Katia also utilized Gupy, Linkedin (mainly using Boolean search), GeekHunter, Telegram, and Solides for the entire attraction and selection process of candidates. Additionally, they were responsible for the proposal, admission, and onboarding of candidates, as well as accompanying employees within Jeitto to ensure the best possible experience and journey.

Katia Pais completed a degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM from 2013 to 2015. Katia also holds two certifications: a Treinamento Linkedin para Recruiters from Feel Tech RH obtained in February 2022 and a Formação Tech Recruiter from Feel Tech RH obtained in September 2021.
