Ryan Caldwell

Ryan Caldwell serves as the Resort Chef at Jekyll Island Club Resort since October 2023, overseeing a comprehensive culinary program across multiple operations, including several dining venues and events. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Culinary Director at MAD Hospitality, where seven food service operations were successfully launched within a year. Ryan's experience as Executive Chef at Malibu Beach Inn Hotel and Spa involved collaboration with various teams to meet food cost and revenue goals. Previous roles as Corporate Chef at Broome Street Hospitality and Executive Chef at Silkstone focused on culinary operations, guest service, and maintaining sales objectives. Ryan's culinary career began with positions such as Chef De Partie and Sous Chef in various establishments, with foundational training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, culminating in an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
