Jennifer B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director, Transformation Management Office at JELD-WEN, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director, JEM at JELD-WEN, Inc. from August 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining JELD-WEN, Inc., Jennifer was the Director, Operational Excellence at Northeast Georgia Health System from July 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Atrium Health as an Operations Director with a focus in Lean Healthcare Administration from July 2015 to June 2019.

Jennifer also gained experience as a Lean Sensei at Carolinas Healthcare System from April 2012 to July 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operations Manager at Pelton & Crane, KaVo NA from May 2010 to April 2012, and as a DBSL at Pelton and Crane, KaVo, Marus from 2008 to 2010.

Jennifer B. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and Organizational Health from the University of Saint Mary, completing their studies from 2017 to 2020.
