Jim Baughman

Jim Baughman has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry, primarily with JELD-WEN, Inc. Jim started their career at JELD-WEN, Inc. in 2009 as the Director of Sales RR Channel and worked in this role until 2013. Jim then joined JELD-WEN Windows as the General Manager from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, Jim Baughman returned to JELD-WEN, Inc. as the Vice President of U.S. Vinyl Operations and later became the Regional Director of Operations. Jim has a strong background in operations and sales within the company.

Jim Baughman attended Bowling Green State University from 1979 to 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
