Maresa Safrit

Maresa Safrit, CCP®, GRP® has a diverse work experience in various roles related to compensation and human resources. Maresa has been working at JELD-WEN, Inc. since 2018, where they started as the Compensation Operations Analyst and later became the Org Design and Business Readiness Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Global Director of Compensation and is also the VP of Total Rewards. Prior to their current role, Safrit worked at SPX FLOW, Inc. as the Senior Manager of Global Compensation and the Manager of Talent & Engagement. Maresa also has experience working at SPX Corporation, where they held roles such as HR Strategic Program Manager, Project Manager for SuccessFactors Implementation, and Manager of Global Compensation. Safrit has a strong background in compensation and has demonstrated expertise in managing and strategizing compensation programs across different organizations.

Maresa Safrit, CCP®, GRP®, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Miami in 2007. Maresa then went on to complete a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional and a Global Remuneration Professional from WorldatWork in October 2013.
