Michael Dass

Michael Dass is an experienced operations and business improvement leader with a rich career spanning over three decades. Most recently, Michael served as the Director of Operations and Business Improvement Leader until retirement in February 2024. Prior roles include Regional Continuous Improvement Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at JELD-WEN, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed providing strategic direction and leadership for continuous improvement across multiple production sites in North America. Michael's background also includes significant contributions at DuPont Pioneer as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Business Improvement Consultant, where a focus on leveraging Lean tools and change management led to successful implementations across various facilities. Earlier experience includes serving as Plant Manager and Production Manager at Andersen Windows and Doors, overseeing operations and managing large teams within a budgetary framework. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
