Rhollic Matshe

Rhollic Matshe, MBA, possesses extensive experience in industrial engineering and operations management across prominent companies in the logistics and retail sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Continuous Improvement at Americold Logistics, LLC since September 2012, Rhollic previously held the position of Senior Industrial Engineer in the Northwest. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Regional Industrial Engineer and Industrial Engineer at Kroger from January 2006 to September 2012, as well as Operations Supervisor at United Parcel Service from March 1998 to November 2005. Rhollic earned an MBA in Finance from Marylhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology.
