Paul Meloun II is an experienced manufacturing and technical professional with a strong background in managing production and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at JELD-WEN, Inc. since November 2020, Paul manages logistics and facilitates the manufacturing of patio doors and custom doors. Previous roles include Extrusion Operator at Southwire, Production Manager III at Mohawk Industries, and Director of Technical Services at Mount Vernon Mills, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing production processes, customer relations, and quality assurance. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Alabama, Paul has demonstrated expertise in technical sales, product development, and operational management since beginning a career at Thomaston Mills in 1989.
