David Scutt

David Scutt is an experienced mining professional currently serving as GM/SSE at Jellinbah Mining since July 2022. Previously, David held multiple leadership roles at Enaex from August 2014 to June 2022, including Director of Enaex Mining Technical Solutions and Business Manager for East and Global Technical Solutions Manager - Australia. Prior to Enaex, David worked at Deswik Mining as QLD Consulting Manager and had an extensive tenure at Orica, which included positions such as Business Development Manager - Queensland and Technical Services Manager for Australia Pacific. Earlier career experiences include roles at Macarthur Coal as Senior Mining Engineer, and various positions at BHP and Peabody Energy as a Mining Engineer and Drill and Blast Engineer. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from The University of Queensland, obtained from 1993 to 1996.
