Susie Trusky Erdal

Susie Trusky Erdal is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at Jelly Belly Candy Company since January 2021, Susie has been responsible for the administrative functions of the HR department, including hiring, pay administration, and policy enforcement, while also creating succession plans to enhance talent retention.
