Jenny Stanley

Jenny Stanley has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jenny began their career in 2000 at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, where they held various roles, including Human Resources Business Partner, Principal and HR Benefits/Services Representative. In 2017, they joined SkyWater Technology Foundry as a Human Resources Business Partner, Principal. During their time there, they created and facilitated employee engagement activities, managed HR compliance, and provided guidance and mentorship to HR staff. In 2022, Jenny joined Jellycat as the Director of Human Resources for North America.

Jenny Stanley attended Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business where they pursued studies in Cypress Performance Academy. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Jenny also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Development with an emphasis in Human Resources from Concordia University-St. Paul.
