Skye Newnham is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in customer service, retail, and photography. Skye has served as Fanbase Manager and Senior Customer Service Advisor at Jellycat since April 2022, after holding roles as a Customer Service Assistant. In addition, Skye operates a small business, Twinkled Healing, specializing in handmade wire-wrapped crystal products, launched during the lockdown. Previous experience includes positions at LUSH, where Skye excelled as a Retail Assistant while managing social media and providing exceptional customer service.
