Alexandra Lamaster

Alexandra LaMaster is a seasoned HR professional and executive coach with extensive experience in people strategy and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Jellyfish since December 2021, Alexandra also founded OrgSpeed in October 2011, where coaching services have been provided to numerous founder CEOs and executive teams in early-stage startups. Previous roles include Acting VP of HR at Imprivata, VP of Talent at Sermo, and VP of HR at Endeca, where significant revenue growth and expansion were achieved. Alexandra's career highlights also include a successful tenure as VP of People Strategy at SpeechWorks, overseeing substantial company growth and acquisitions. Alexandra holds an MA in Business Communications and Organizational Behavior from Emerson College and a BA in Communications from Luther College.
