Jeff Shay

Jeff Shay is the current Director of Business Development at Jellyfish. Prior to this, they served as the AMER Commercial BDR Manager at Hopin from April 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they led the commercial AMER market outbound team and motion. From April 2018 to April 2021, Shay was the Director of Business Development at Bevi, where they were responsible for leading Bevi's new business development strategy and execution. Prior to that, they worked as an Inside Sales Rep for Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Fusion Cloud, Hyperion Cloud from August 2016 to March 2018. Shay began their career as a Project & Partner Development Associate at DAI from May 2015 to July 2016, where they worked closely with USAID’s Global Development Lab to create a new innovation-focused web platform known as the Global Innovation Exchange (www.globalinnovationexchange.com). In this role, they also served as the tech-support point of contact for password resets, technical errors, and general website questions. Jeff went on to develop partnerships with over 40 development organizations, including both for-profit and non-profit groups.

Jeff Shay has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, a certification from Oracle in Oracle Sales Academy Class of Certificate of Completion, a certification from Georgetown University's Landeggar Program in Honors Certificate in International Business Diplomacy, a certification from Georgetown International Business Diplomacy Program in Financial Analysis, Valuation, & Modeling, and a certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
