Dara Jeong is a seasoned professional in UX, localization, and AI content, currently serving as the Country Manager for Korea at the Interaction Design Foundation since February 2025. Dara leads community growth initiatives and hosts events to foster global design practices. As the founder of UX Studio, Dara creates content that explores UX and content design through language and cultural lenses. In a freelance capacity, Dara mentors a global team on AI-powered content localization. Additionally, Dara is a UX Language Consultant at PolyAI, where the focus is on Korean content strategy for voice technology. Experience as a Copy Validator for Google has enhanced clarity and consistency in Korean UX content. Previous roles include Senior UX Writer at Need Inc, achieving significant improvements in CRM performance, and leading UX content and localization at FARFETCH, which resulted in substantial growth for the Korean market.
