Matt Foster

Matt Foster is an accomplished professional in the field of sales and business development, currently serving as Growth Director at Jellyfish since May 2024, where Matt leads initiatives to enhance ecommerce performance for clients. An Executive Member of Pavilion since December 2021, Matt previously held the position of Head of Sales EMEA at Bambuser, managing the EMEA sales team to drive revenue growth. Prior to that, Matt was Director of New Business EMEA at Edge by Ascential, leading efforts to support brands in revenue acceleration across the region. Matt's earlier roles at Edge by Ascential included Client Development Director and Account Director, overseeing significant client relationships and strategic growth initiatives. Matt's career began at EMAP, where responsibilities spanned various leadership roles in sales and account management across recruitment solutions and built environment segments. Matt holds a Master of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Dundee.
