VP, CRM at Jellyfish

Mike Hall has been working in the music industry for over 10 years. Mike started out as a songwriter and artist, before moving into the role of director and label owner at Luxury-B Records. Mike then spent two years teaching at the British & Irish Modern Music Institute before joining American Express in 2011.

As Email Marketing Analyst at American Express, Mike was responsible for partnering with marketing managers across 22 markets to create world class email campaigns. Mike led the international test & learn program, establishing and sharing email best practices across markets. During their time at Amex, they also supported the global template refresh project, uplifting the look and feel of Amex emails worldwide.

In their current role as VP, CRM at Jellyfish, Mike is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving growth through Jellyfish's CRM programs.

Mike Hall started their educational career with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from the University of Sussex. Mike then completed a Higher Diploma in Music from the BIMM Institute. Mike Hall is also certified as a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant and a Google Online Marketing Fundamentals certification.

They are on a team with Jon Verrall - VP, SEO, Molly Silvis - Group Account Director, and John Musoke - VP, CRM. Mike Hall reports to Kevin Buerger, Chief Growth Officer.
