Sean McDonald is the VP of Global Client Management at Jellyfish. Sean has over two years of experience in this position, in which they are responsible for the day-to-day management of clients, growing revenue, and developing discipline expertise. Sean has also brought together all aspects of Performance Marketing to create a cohesive growth plan across all funnel stages. In addition, Sean has created tools and resources, coached and supported employees across six offices and four countries, and collaborated with global peers and the Chief Commercial Officer to evolve Jellyfish's Client Management practice.

Prior to their current role, Sean held various positions at Jellyfish including VP of Global Client Management, in which they supported a variety of clients across retail, B2B, financial, cable, and education sectors while overseeing programmatic, search, social, creative, GMP Technology, analytics, and SEO strategies. Sean was also responsible for leading pitches across new and existing business, which led to $8 million in new revenue across analytics, digital media, SEO, tech, and content creation. Furthermore, Sean provided tools to help deepen client relationships, including building out a net new Digital Maturity Framework (large scale Digital Transformation), Opportunity Mapping, Test & Learn frameworks, Standardized QBR, etc.

Sean has also lead the Google GMP Tech client support team, growing from $13 million to $25 million in two years via new processes, better use of existing tech, expansion of tech, and cross-selling new
