Kevin Flanagan

Kevin Flanagan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and consulting services. At Klaviyo since August 2019, Kevin has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Customer Success for Enterprise & Mid Market, and has a strong background in driving customer relationships and success strategies. Prior to Klaviyo, Kevin worked at Localytics from January 2014 to September 2019, where responsibilities included leading consulting services and managing a team of Customer Success Managers across multiple locations, while also developing significant client partnerships with major companies like Verizon Wireless and Hulu. Additional experience includes roles at Smartleaf and Wayfair, where Kevin focused on market research and strategic merchandising analysis, respectively. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and Marketing from Northeastern University.
