Jean Francois Morazzani has extensive work experience in software development and engineering management. Jean Francois started their career as a Lecturer's Assistant at Edinburgh Napier University in 2001. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer at itim Group plc and then moved on to Criston Software, where they continued to work as a Software Engineer. In 2009, they joined Numara Software as a Software Engineer, responsible for designing specifications and developing various modules for the software suite. In 2012, they worked as a Project Manager at BMC Software, overseeing the development of the Footprint Asset Core solution. From 2013 to 2018, they were the Director of Software Development at ECOPA, where they managed a team of 10 people and developed software for tax and social security authorities as well as predictive pricing for online retailers. Currently, they are working at Jellysmack as an Engineering Manager and Tribe Tech Lead, leading a multidisciplinary team in creating applications for content creators on social media platforms.

Jean Francois Morazzani has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronic And Computer Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, which was earned from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a DUT degree in GEII from Université Côte d'Azur in 1996. Jean Francois also holds a Baccalauréat degree in SVT, which they completed in 1996 at Lycée Giocante de Casabianca. Jean Francois continued their education at Edinburgh Napier University, where they earned a Postgraduate Diploma (PgD) in Software Technology from 2000 to 2001, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Technology from 2001 to 2002.
