Dana Hamerschlag

Dana Hamerschlag is a strategic technology leader with 20 years of experience leading teams at technology companies backed by venture capital and private equity, where she has run product management, product marketing, strategy, development, engineering, cloud ops, and operations. Hamerschlag served as the Chief Product Officer of Miller Heiman Group, a $100M sales training company where she built and launched a new technology platform for sales methodology, leading to the acquisition of Miller Heiman Group by Korn Ferry, a $2B talent management juggernaut. Prior to that, Hamerschlag led the CRM business for Ellucian, a leader in higher education technology and one of the largest privately owned technology companies in the world. She earned an MBA from The Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia. She lives in Lansdowne, Virginia with her husband and two daughters.
