Ian Gibbs-Hall

Ian Gibbs-Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and education. Currently serving as the Founder, Owner, Lead Instructor, and Consultant at Sonder DEI and as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager at Jellyvision, Ian has successfully developed and executed comprehensive DEI strategies, facilitated numerous trainings, and implemented impactful hiring processes that significantly increased diversity within the workforce. Previous roles include Product Strategy Manager at Packback and Consultant at Capgemini Invent, where contributions included advancing DEI principles in patient services and enhancing revenue operations through data analysis and custom Salesforce solutions. Ian holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Gustavus Adolphus College.
