Brian Orleman

Brian Orleman is a skilled professional with extensive experience in emergency management and telecommunications. Currently serving as a BDA/DAS Project Manager and Account Manager at JEM Systems since February 2023, Brian oversees regional accounts across multiple states. Previous roles include 9-1-1 Dispatcher for Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and Lieutenant at The Llanerch Fire Company. Brian also held various positions with the County of Chester, including Help Desk Analyst and Asset Management Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from IT support to emergency call management. Additional experience includes dispatching for the Borough of West Chester and working as an Emergency Medical Technician with Great Valley Health Ambulance. Currently pursuing education at Arizona State University, Brian holds an Emergency Medical Technician degree from Delaware County Community College.
