Thomas Seldrum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and research and development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and R&D at JEMA, Thomas has held significant roles at Dow Performance Silicones, including Senior Scientist and Global Key Account Technical Lead, as well as various scientist positions. Additionally, Thomas led the MBE team at EPIR and served as a Ph.D. student and teaching assistant at FUNDP. Thomas holds a PhD in Applied Physics and a Master's degree in Economics, both from Université de Namur.
