Dan Dearen

Dan Dearen is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee for both JenaValve Technology, Inc. and Endotronix, Dan also held the role of President and CFO at Axonics, Inc. from 2013 to 2023. Previous positions include General Manager/COO/CFO at Boston Scientific, CFO at Miraval Arizona, and CFO for several ventures, culminating in a successful career that includes leading major transactions, strategic planning, and business development across diverse healthcare organizations.
