Kelly Hadiaris is currently the Vice President - Binding Authority Operations at Jencap since June 2023. Prior to Jencap, Kelly held leadership roles at various insurance companies such as Chief and New England Excess Exchange, Ltd. Kelly has a strong background in underwriting, operations, and creating successful strategies for business growth. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maine, Kelly has a solid foundation for their career in the insurance industry.
