Gregg Sansone, PhD, serves as the Head of Product, Customer, and Marketing Analytics at Jenius Bank, and formerly held the position of Head of Data & Analytics. With an academic background as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at San Antonio, Sansone also brings extensive industry experience from roles at Ally as the Loss Prevention Strategy Leader and at USAA, where responsibilities included Director of Analytical Product Development for the Digital Channel Product Line and Director of Fraud Analytics, as well as serving as an IT Technical Manager. Sansone earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Capital Development from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Science in Sociology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
