John Rosenfeld

John Rosenfeld currently serves as President of Jenius Bank, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this, John was President of Citizens Access Digital Bank from August 2017 to February 2021, contributing to the growth of this direct-to-consumer digital banking platform. John's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Citizens Bank as EVP and Head of Everyday Banking, where responsibilities encompassed managing a substantial portfolio of deposits and financial services. Additional roles include EVP positions at TD Bank, leading the Retail Deposits and Payments product team, and a Managing Director role at TD Ameritrade, focusing on online engagement. John began their career in e-commerce and customer service roles at major organizations such as Bank of America, General Electric, and Lexmark International. A veteran of the U.S. Army, John served as Commander of a Special Forces group and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Norwich University.
