Kylen Dau

Kylen Dau is currently the Head of Credit Card at Jenius Bank since September 2023, bringing extensive experience from Capital One where Dau held various leadership positions, culminating as a Business Director overseeing strategies for Mainstreet Card Customer Management and Consumer Identity. Dau's responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences for approximately 11 million clients and driving data analytics and product performance. Prior to this, Dau held roles in product management, business strategy, and analysis, significantly contributing to the development and success of numerous commercial card products. Kylen Dau has a solid military background with the U.S. Navy, serving as an Aviation Safety Officer and Instructor Pilot, and holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Florida.
