Ofer Shaltiel

Ofer Shaltiel serves as the SVP of Product & Business Strategy at REEF since January 2022, while also holding roles as a Crew Member (LP) at Jibe Ventures and a Seed Investor at both Sequence and Flip. Previously, Ofer was an Advisory Board member at Kai.ai and held numerous leadership positions at Snap Inc. and Facebook, where Ofer focused on partnerships and VC relationships, significantly contributing to revenue growth. Ofer co-founded Deltax, a VAT refund solution, and Click&Dry, an innovative umbrella holder device, after working as a Marketing Manager at MassChallenge. Ofer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from Reichman University.
