Donnamarie Cristina

Donnamarie Cristina has extensive experience in the legal field. Donnamarie began their career as an Associate at HERMAN HARRIS TARNOW, P.C., where they provided legal advice to clients and handled various court tasks. Donnamarie then worked as a Project Coordinator at EAST COAST LITIGATION SUPPORT CENTER, where they organized complex cases, supervised personnel, and acted as a liaison with clients. In 1993, they joined New York Life Insurance Company as an Assistant General Counsel, where they negotiated ISDA documentation and implemented a credit default swaps program. From 2000 to 2012, Donnamarie served as the Director and Associate General Counsel at New York Life Investment Management LLC. In this role, they provided legal and regulatory advice for the quantitative equity division and negotiated a high volume of contracts. Most recently, Donnamarie worked at Jennison Associates as the Vice President and Corporate Counsel. Donnamarie managed legal staffing, provided leadership and counsel for all client service matters, and offered legal advice on various regulatory issues.

Donnamarie Cristina received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with honors, from Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 1985. Donnamarie then pursued a Doctor of Law degree (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law, which they completed in 1988.
