Emily Hawkins

Emily Hawkins, MBA, SPHR has held key leadership roles in the human resources field. Emily served as the VP of Human Resources at Mission Federal Credit Union from 2006 to 2021, overseeing various HR functions and guiding strategic initiatives. In 2021, they transitioned to 1st VP of Talent & Culture before moving on to become the Chief People Officer at Jenny Craig in 2022. Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated a strong ability to manage HR projects, develop staff, and align HR goals with overall organizational objectives.

Emily Hawkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Washington (1999-2003). Emily later obtained a HR Management Certificate from the University of California, San Diego (2007-2009) and a Master's of Business Administration from San Diego State University-California State University (2014-2016). In 2019, Emily obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
