Christian Koity

Christian Koity is an Optical Coatings Engineer at JENOPTIK since November 2022, specializing in process development and design of optical coatings, innovative tooling, and technical planning of manufacturing campaigns. Previously, Christian served as a Staff Application Engineer at ams OSRAM, focusing on application engineering for vital sign sensors in wearable solutions, and as a Process Engineer at SCHOTT, managing industrial image processing projects and analyzing technical process data. Additionally, experience at LASOS Lasertechnik GmbH involved production transfer of new laser systems and optimization of production processes. Christian holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Laser and Optotechnologies from Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena.
