Franziska Kindervater

Franziska Kindervater serves as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at JENOPTIK since August 2023. Prior to this role, Franziska held the position of Director for South Asia/India at the Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Thüringen from January 2013 to August 2023, where responsibilities included export promotion, international relations, and project management. From July 2004 to December 2012, Franziska worked at KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, first as Vice President of Acquisition & Structuring, leading project teams in complex financings, and previously as Senior Manager in Risk Management for international credit risk portfolios. Educational qualifications include a Leadership Excellence Program at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, a postgraduate degree in International Economic Policy from the Institute for World Economics, and an MA (Hons) in Economics from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by educational experiences in Germany and the USA.
