Heather Sanchez

Heather Sanchez is the current Chief People Officer at Jensen Hughes. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President Global Human Resources at Western Digital from April 2020 to February 2021. From July 2016 to April 2020, Heather was the Vice President, Global Integrated Talent Management at Jacobs where they led Global Talent Acquisition and Learning and Talent Management. Heather has also held the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at The Alpert Group from December 2013 to July 2016 where they were responsible for leading the Human Resources strategy and delivery at this privately held company. Prior to that, Heather served as the Vice President, Human Resources at Technicolor from July 2010 to November 2013.

Heather Sanchez has a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Heather also has certifications from Korn Ferry in Leadership Architect, from University of Phoenix in Project Management, and from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
