Alison Connolly

Alison Connolly (nee Downing) is a Strategic Projects Lead in the People & Culture department at their current company. With a background in HR dating back to their role as an HR Officer at Sealed Air Food Care, Alison has held various HR positions at companies such as William Hill, RSA, and ERT. Alison holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media from Bournemouth University. Alison's education began at St Ivo School where Alison completed their A Levels before pursuing further education at St Ivo.
