Rebecca Cwalina Floyd is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience at Jenzabar since May 2016. Initially serving as a Human Resources Coordinator, Rebecca advanced to the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist, specializing in benefit administration, open enrollment processes, and new employee orientation management.
