Mark Lutjeharms

Mark Lutjeharms is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in traffic engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at JEO Consulting Group, Inc. since December 2020, Mark previously held the position of Manager of Traffic Engineering at Lincoln Transportation & Utilities from December 2017 to December 2020. Mark also worked as the Interim Manager and Senior Traffic Engineer for the City of Lincoln, NE - Public Works & Utilities between May 2016 and December 2017. Prior to that, Mark was the Manager of Traffic Engineering at The Schemmer Associates from May 1996 to April 2016. Educational qualifications include a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, complemented by leadership training through Leadership Lincoln.
