Matt Selinger

Matt Selinger is a seasoned professional in the field of transportation engineering and business development. Currently serving as Principal at JEO Consulting Group, Inc. since April 2021, Matt previously held various leadership roles at HDR from April 1999 to March 2021. Notably, Matt was the Transportation Business Development Leader for Nebraska and Iowa, overseeing program development, and the Federal Transportation Program Leader, focusing on innovative solutions for federal clients. Additional experience includes serving as Traffic Section Manager and working as a Transportation/Traffic Engineer. Matt holds a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
