Andrew Summers

Andrew Summers is a skilled LNG Financial Trader at JERA Global Markets since December 2019, specializing in JKM and other LNG derivatives. Prior to this role, Andrew served as an LNG Trading Analyst at Total from September 2013 to November 2019, focusing on risk and trading analysis for global LNG, Freight, and Dry Bulk trading teams. Andrew began a career as a Chartered Engineer, responsible for the design and delivery of HP-HT wells at Total E&P’s Elgin-Franklin field. Previous internships include a Wells Intern at BP following the awarded BP Scholarship in June 2012 and a Student Development Engineer at Delphi during a year-long industry placement. Andrew holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Durham University and completed training at the Institut Français du Pétrole in 2014.
