Chuck Verderber

Chuck Verderber is an experienced sourcing and safety manager at Jergens, Inc. since May 2014, overseeing approximately $30 million in direct and indirect sourcing. Prior to this role, Chuck served as the Global Sourcing Manager at Oatey Company, achieving significant cost savings of over $500K through negotiations and the creation of various sourcing agreements. Chuck has a strong background in global sourcing from Swagelok, handling over $5 million in capital purchases and more than $35 million in tooling purchases. As the Purchasing Manager at Lubriquip, a unit of IDEX, Chuck managed a team and led initiatives that resulted in cost savings through strategic negotiations. Chuck's career began at Lincoln Electric, where experiences ranged from purchasing agent to roles in accounting and credit management. Chuck also owned and operated Charles Video Productions, providing videography and DJ services. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a BS in Accounting, Business, and Sourcing from the University of Cincinnati.
