Adriana Rodriguez-Baptiste, LCSW, is the Chief Program Officer at Jericho Project where she oversees all programs. She also has led the organization in its adoption of Harm Reduction and Housing First approaches. She is an expert in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Critical Time Intervention and trauma treatments such as Prolonged Exposure and Seeking Safety. In addition, she was adjunct faculty for six years at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Social Work Practice where she specialized in teaching addictions and trauma interventions. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work
