Preben Saethre

Preben Saethre is an experienced professional in the field of railway research and innovation, currently serving as the National Programme Manager for Europe's Rail at The Norwegian Railway Directorate since March 2021. Previously, Preben founded ark agency, focusing on workshops in Experience Design, Design Thinking, and Agile Frameworks from 2019 to 2021. Preben also worked as a Management Consultant at Mercuri Urval, where a customer base was established in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, providing services in Executive Search and Professional Recruitment.
