As the Director of Sales and Service at Jerry, Stephanie Ubaldini empowers the team that drives customer satisfaction and growth. Stephanie’s team handles everything from first contact to continuing to take care of their needs as a tenured Jerry customer.

Previously, Stephanie worked at Geico for more than 10 years in various managerial sales, service and training roles.

She graduated from Canisius College with a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies.
