Marcus Calvani

Marcus Calvani is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and food industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Co-Founder of Delicious Jersey since August 2023, Marcus focuses on supporting local producers and enhancing the availability of local products. In September 2022, Marcus became Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Jersey Hospitality Association, following a long-standing involvement in the hospitality sector, including as Co-Owner of Be Served Group and Lido Jersey. Marcus is also the Co-Founder and Director of Bliss Brewing Company, which was the first crowd-funded company in the Channel Islands. As Founder and Co-Owner of The Jersey Royal Distillery Company, Marcus aims for sustainable production of artisan spirits. Previous roles include managing La Cucina Restaurant and serving as Vice President of the Jersey Hospitality Association. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.
