Steve Scott

Steve Scott has over 20 years of experience in human resources and consulting. Steve currently works as the Human Resources Director at Jersey Post since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of OD & HR Consulting at TDP Development Ltd from 2019 to 2022. Steve also served as the HR Director at RBS International from 2008 to 2019. Before that, they held various senior HR positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, where they were responsible for strategic HR planning, recruitment, and integration of different business areas.
