Brian Knepp

Brian Knepp has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Brian began their career as an Accountant at TB Wood's in 1996. Brian then moved on to Sun Bancorp, Inc. in 1997, where they worked as a Controller until 2005. From 2005 onwards, Knepp held various positions at Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc., including Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. In 2015, they became the Chief Executive Officer of The M Group Inc. d/b/a The Comprehensive Financial Group. Knepp also served as a Director at Jersey Shore State Bank and Luzerne Bank starting from 2015 and 2017 respectively. In November 2017, they took on the roles of President and Chief Financial Officer at Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc.

Brian Knepp earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University between 1992 and 1996.
