Karen Grant-Selma serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Business & Legal Affairs at Jesse Collins Entertainment, providing comprehensive legal and strategic support across various business aspects. With extensive experience in leading business and legal affairs departments at renowned organizations such as OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, DreamWorks Animation, and Universal Pictures, Karen has facilitated critical negotiations for scripted and unscripted programming, talent agreements, and international co-productions. Additionally, Karen is a member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives. Karen holds a Doctor of Law degree from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
