Bill Parkes

Bill Parkes has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Jesse Stutts, Inc. since March 2020, after previously holding the role of Operations Manager. From 2005 to March 2020, Bill was the Owner and President of Construction Project Consulting, LLC, focusing on preconstruction planning and construction management services. Bill's earlier career includes significant positions at Turner Universal Construction Company, where roles ranged from Manager of Preconstruction Services to Manager of Business Development, as well as a Group Manager position at Parkes Construction Company. Bill commenced their career as an Estimator/Project Manager with Parkes Richardson Company. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, obtained in 1977.
