Hadi Ezzeddine

Hadi Ezzeddine, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Technical Support at Jesta I.S. since September 2021. Previously, Hadi held the position of Director of Support at OpenText from March 2020 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing technology partnerships and ensuring compliance with service agreements. Hadi also worked at XMedius from December 2012 to February 2020, first as Director of Services and Support, overseeing professional services and a team of system integrators, and earlier as Technical Support Manager, leading a 15-member team to ensure project delivery success. Hadi's career began as a Telecommunication VOIP Specialist at Sagemcom Canada from March 2007 to December 2012. Hadi earned an MBA from Concordia University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from InterCollege Larnaca.
